Are we to believe that this is entirely due to Employers being lax with supplying information or are the few cases quoted above being used as an excuse?
HMRC recieved some 59.5 million Forms P14 in the year ending 5th April 2011, and one would expect some mistakes, but 1,896 errors out of 59.5 million would seem to be an insignificant statistical amout?</description>

I think it is important to review of every expense of your business, from energy costs to supplies.  I would look at each expense line item to see where the greatest savings could be found.  Outsourcing your accounting work also seems like a wise idea.  They may even be able to help you find some saving solutions.</description>
